Greenwich is a cool town, full of neat historic sites and home to many famous people. We have several beaches and overall a really nice area to live in.

That's a game you're welcome to win. I like my dwelling places between 50,000 and 500,000. Big enough to have a couple of good shopping places. Big enough to even have a sport team nearby. Big enough to have grocery stores with variety in them. Big enough to have decent restaurants. But not big enough to bring all the crime that having to use two commas in your number implies.

With a population of 90'000 we still have one of the biggest shopping malls in all of Northern Europe here (and they're expanding). We've got our own IKEA, loads of restaurants and beaches (although, this is Sweden, so swimming is only acceptable in June & July). Damn, we even got a lake some 120 metres from my house where my daughter likes to go swim. I prefer my cities big enough so that I can "get to know them". I like knowing how each part of my city feels and looks. BUt to each their own I guess?
