Attached should be a ZIP file containing PCGen data files for Psionics Unleashed. I believe one should be able to install the data files using the usual PCGen "Install Data" command.

While I think I have everything coded correctly, there are parts that have only been barely tested and parts that are being held together by hope and good wishes. There are also a few parts where PCGen is not yet able to perform the appropriate tasks.

Please let me know what difficulties you come across.

A couple of points:
[ol][li]There is a "psionically focused" temporary bonus template that should activate the "need to be psioncially focused" bonuses.[/li][li]I want to get expansion, compression, and powerful build to all work, and play well together, but I don't think I'm there yet.[/li][li]Expanded Knowledge doesn't actually add the powers known to the character's list (neither does Expanded Arcana from the APG), but I can tell you how to manually make a template that will add the powers to your power list.[/li][/ol]

you need the pcgen main program. this stuff you don't so much install, as place into the appropriate part of pcgen.

In the program, there's an "Install Data" menu item. I forget exactly where it is. Run that, and open the .zip file, and it should install the PsU data.

A Data Install function was added in PCGen 5.14.x. You wlll find this function under the 'Tools' menu. In order to take advantage of this capability you will need a data set installation file, in this case Distant_Scholar's PU file. These files are generally written for specific versions of PCGen, like 5.16.4 for DS's set, and consist of the subject data set wrapped up in a zip file.

Note: PCGen now uses the 'pcz' extension to make d/ling easier. Some browsers will automatically unzip zip files.
